As you can see, it is very important to get as much non-exercise movement as possible! So try to take a break from sitting at your desk every hour. Even if it is just to walk over to the water cooler and grab a drink, every little helps!

And rather than having lunch at your desk, why not leave the office for your lunch hour? The fresh air and walk will do you a lot of good! You will come back to work feeling very refreshed, and will have burnt a lot of calories!
